We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return Email us at openocean@shopopenocean.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at openocean@shopopenocean.com.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
